Reduction for children:
With 2 full paying adults children from 0-4years in their parents' room get 100% discount; 5-12 years 60% discount; 13-17 years 50% discount. This reduction applies to accommodations including breakfast and accommodations including half board.
Tourist tax:
Rates do not include tourist tax.This is invoiced seperately and remmitted to the health resort administration.
Dogs:
By prior agreement only ,Euro 10,00 per day without food
Garage:
Covered parking(carport) is available for Euro 3,50 per day.
New Years Eve:
A surcharge of Euro 37,00 per person will be charged for the New Year´s Eve programme.
Bathrobes are available in your room.
Wellness & sauna facilities:
In our wellness complex with an area of 320m², you will find our complete sports- and health facilities in with indoor swimming pool , whirlpools, steam baths, sauna, foot spa, sun studio, fitness room and relaxing area.
Opening hours are from 07.00 am to 19.30 pm.
The sauna is open from 14.30 pm to 19.00 pm .

Our Spa Doctor is Dr. Weber.
Room key:
Our doors are locked at 23.00 pm. In case you might come home later, please take your room key with you. You can unlock the front
door with your room key, but then please lock it again.
Arrival:
Your room is available from 13.30 pm on your day of arrival, In case you will not arrive in time for dinner, please inform us.
Departure:
You must vacate your room by 11.00 am on your departure day.
Breakfast:
is from 07.30 am to 10.30 am.
Midday's rest:
From 13.00 pm to 15.00 pm. Please comply with this rule.
Restaurant:
In our restaurants there are separate smoking and non-smoking areas. Dinner consists of 3 courses and a salad buffet. Guests with accommodation including breakfast can choose from the daily menu. Dinners can be ordered from 18.30 pm to 20.00 pm.
We will deduct 6,00 Euro from your half board price for each dinner not consumed.
Table allotment:
Our service staff will show you your table. Beverages, coffee etc. will be charged to your room via EDP and you will receive a receipt for your administration.
Cancellation:
Sounds inconvenient and is inconvenient. For all! Too bad, when rooms stay empty, while somebody else would have loved to book it instead. Please: inform us in advance, if possible in writting! There are no charges if you cancel your reservation 35 days before the planned date of arrival. Cancellations at short notice will incur a charge, unless the accommodation can be occupied immediately.
• 34 – 28 days before arrival date 50 % of the full price
• 27 – 15 days before arrival date 60 % of the full price
•14 – 7 days before arrival date 70 % of the full price
From the 6th day before arrival and in case you do not show up at all, there will be a 80 % cancellation fee from full price. For travel agencies and for reservations of at least 2 room units, the conditions of cancellations are applicable in accordance with the law and jurisdiction. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.
For early departures and late arrivals the room price minus 20% for B&B and minus 30% for half board will be charged!
